Writing down your thoughts and feelings can be a good way to release pent-up emotions. Don't overthink it—just let the words flow. Write down anything that comes to mind. You don't have to worry about perfect grammar or spelling, and no one else needs to read it.
Let your thoughts flow onto paper or the computer screen. Once you're finished, you can either throw away what you wrote or save it to revisit later."
