Stress Management Wednesday: Get musical and be creative!

One of my favorite ways to relieve stress is by listening to or playing music. It's a great stress reliever as it provides a mental distraction, lessens muscle tension, and lowers stress hormones. Turn up the volume and let the music absorb your mind. It's a fantastic way to unwind.

If music isn't your thing, you can always turn to another hobby you enjoy, like gardening, sewing, reading, or sketching. Engaging in any activity that captures your focus can be a great way to take your mind off stress.
