Ingredients
Makes 8 servings
1 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil mayo
2 Tbsp minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 lime, juiced
1 Tbsp white vinegar
3 (12.5 oz) cans chunk chicken breast, drained and shredded
1/2 cup cilantro, minced
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 bunch radishes, sliced
16 Hawaiian sweet slider buns
Directions
In a small bowl, add pepper, mayo, chipotle peppers, lime juice, and vinegar. Whisk to combine.
In a large bowl, add chicken, cilantro, red onion, radishes, and mayo mixture. Toss to combine.
Serve slider buns filled with chicken salad.
