Ingredients

For the Watermelon Fries:

  • 1 watermelon, rind removed and cut into long, fry-like strips

  • 2 teaspoons Tajin Classic Seasoning(or more to taste)


For the Coconut Lime Dip:

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt

  • Zest and juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or to taste)


Tools You’ll Need

  • Sharp knife

  • Cutting board

  • Mixing bowl

  • Whisk or spoon


Ingredient Swaps and Additions

  • No coconut yogurt? Use Greek yogurt for a tangy, protein-packed option.

  • Prefer a milder dip? Swap coconut yogurt for vanilla yogurt.

  • Want extra crunch? Top with toasted coconut flakes or chopped nuts.

  • Make it tropical! Add mango puree or pineapple juice to the dip.


How to Make Watermelon Fries with Coconut Lime Dip


  • Step 1: Make the Dip

    In a bowl, whisk together coconut yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and coconut sugar until smooth.

    Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Set aside.

  • Step 2: Prepare the Watermelon Fries

    Slice your watermelon into long strips, resembling French fries.

    Arrange the strips on a serving plate and sprinkle evenly with Tajin seasoning for a tangy kick.

  • Step 3: Serve & Enjoy!

    Serve the watermelon fries with the coconut lime dip and start dipping!
