What is Project SEARCH?
Project SEARCH is more than a program, it’s a launchpad for success! Designed for neurodivergent and intellectually challenged young adults, it helps participants gain the skills, confidence, and real-world experience they need to thrive in meaningful employment.

Learning. Growing. Succeeding.
Each participant spends an entire year immersed in hands-on training, career coaching, and workplace internships within a safe, business-led environment.
Here, dedicated job coaches and mentors work side-by-side with interns, analyzing growth opportunities, celebrating progress, and helping them reach their full potential.
“Project SEARCH helped me discover what I’m capable of. Now, I have a job I love and friends who support me every day!” ~Recent Graduate, Class of 2025
