GETTING TO KNOW OUR MEMBERS.... ONE MEMBER AT A TIME, ft. Randall Robison.

Written by Stephanie Aitken, Instructional Coordinator at Tulsa Technology.

Randall Robison serves as the Project HOPE Science Instructor at Francis Tuttle. Randall joined Francis Tuttle on August 1, 2024, as part of the Project HOPE team. Prior to this role, he taught 8th-grade Science at Newcastle Middle School. When learning about Project HOPE’s mission, Robison knew it was the perfect fit and where he was meant to be.

A veteran educator, Randall Robison began his teaching career in 1994 at Whittier Middle School, working with 6th-grade students. From 1996 to 1999, Robison served as the Goalkeeper Coach for the inaugural Women’s Soccer team at the University of Oklahoma. Afterward, he returned to education at Westmoore High School, where he taught Basic Biology. It was during this time that Robison discovered a foundational truth about teaching: the importance of building relationships with students before effective learning can take place. This class, its students, and a trusted colleague helped shape Robison’s approach as a relationship-centered educator.

Randall Robison also enjoyed a successful career in collegiate soccer coaching. As the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Oklahoma Christian University, Robison led the program through its transition from NAIA to NCAA Division II. Coaching opportunities followed at Mid-America Christian University, East Central University, and Oral Roberts University. Currently, he is the Goalkeeper Coach for Oklahoma City FC, a team in the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL), the largest women’s soccer league in the world. Additionally, he serves as the lead Goalkeeper Coach for a youth league’s national team selection staff.

Outside of work, Randall Robison and his wife, Ginger, have been married for 31 years. Ginger works as a Speech Language Pathologist at Southgate Elementary in Moore. Together, they have two children. Their son, Blake, is 27, married to Brooke, and completing his Master’s degree to become an LPC. Their daughter, Rachel, recently earned her Master’s degree and began her career as a Speech Language Pathologist at Jefferson Elementary in Norman.

The family shares their home with two rescue dogs, Jack and Kai. They love traveling together, often to destinations with a beach or to their favorite city, New Orleans, where they enjoy live music. Fitness is also a big part of Robison’s routine, with regular trips to the gym 5-6 times a week. Randall Robison is an avid cook, especially when it comes to Cajun dishes, smoked meats, or anything Ginger requests.

Growing up in Wagoner, Oklahoma, Robison comes from a family of educators. His mother taught Home Economics at Hulbert High School, and his father dedicated 38 years to teaching Vocational Agriculture and serving as an FFA Advisor. During Robison’s youth, he was active in FFA and raised Maine-Anjou cattle.

Reflecting on his journey, Robison expresses deep gratitude for the opportunity to be part of Project HOPE. He appreciates how the program allows teachers to witness student growth and success much sooner than in a traditional classroom setting. At HOPE, students arrive with challenges but leave significantly ahead, and Randall Robison is honored to play a role in their progress.

Francis Tuttle has already proven to be a remarkable place to work. The Reno Campus feels like family, and Robison is proud to teach alongside two outstanding HOPE instructors, surrounded by career instructors who are tremendous assets to the students.

“I am fortunate to be here and excited to be part of such an impactful program,” Randall Robison shares.
