Pam Eaves is an experienced and passionate educator in the beauty and wellness industry. Currently serving as the evening Barbering/Cosmetology instructor, Pam is excited to step into her new role as the Master Instructor for the brand-new Barbering/Cosmetology program at Kiamichi Tech’s Durant campus. With 8 years of industry experience and 7 years as a master instructor, Pam’s dedication to the craft has only grown stronger over time. She earned her barbering crossover certification 3 years ago, further expanding her expertise in all aspects of the beauty and wellness industry.

Pam is deeply committed to helping her students achieve success in their careers. She believes that her own success is reflected in the success of her students, and she takes great pride in watching them thrive. Outside of her professional life, Pam is a devoted wife and mother of five children—four sons and one daughter. She is also a proud "Mimi" to 15 beautiful grandchildren and 7 precious great-grandchildren. Family is everything to Pam, and she treasures every moment spent with her loved ones.

In her spare time, Pam enjoys football, rodeos, and horseback riding—activities that reflect her adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors. She is truly dedicated to making a positive impact both in the classroom and at home, inspiring others to pursue their passions and reach their full potential.  Pam’s favorite quote is “Be a fountain, not a drain.”
