Kim Lane is the new Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) Specialist at Kiamichi Tech, and she couldn’t be more thrilled to step into this role. A proud graduate of Stigler High School, Kim is passionate about giving back to her roots by supporting students at the Stigler campus and surrounding areas. With both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree, she brings a rich background in teaching, counseling, and her work with the Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS)—all of which fuel her mission to help students confidently take their next steps into the workforce.

Driven by her big heart and purpose, Kim has spent her career empowering young people to chase their goals and believe in their potential. Her work is more than a job, it’s a calling for her.

At home, Kim has been married to her husband, Richard, for 30 years. She’s a proud mom and even prouder “Mim” to her grandchildren, who bring endless joy to her world.

Kim is honored to be part of the Kiamichi Tech family and looks forward to making a meaningful impact in the lives of the students she serves.
